If you’re experiencing problems logging in to your Smarkets account, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
- Invalid email address
- Invalid password
- Suspended account
In the case of entering an invalid password, you are able to reset your password by clicking the ‘Forgot Password’ link and following the forgotten password procedure. If you log in with the incorrect details too many times your account may be blocked and you will need to contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your account has been suspended, please contact email@example.com and our customer support team will be able to assist you.
Note: The most common reason for your account to be suspended is that we are awaiting your verification documents, which will have been requested via email.
