31. Australian Football rules
Smarkets general betting rules (1-11) will apply unless superseded by the General Terms or sports specific betting rules.
31.1 General
31.1 Bets apply to the regular time result excluding overtime, this excludes matches played in the “Finals” series. During the “Finals” series bets apply to regular time results including overtime except for those on markets which have been unconditionally determined or as stated otherwise in the Market Information (e.g. half-time/full-time markets). If the game results in a tie, dead-heat rules apply.
31.2 The 36-hour postponement rule explained in rule 6.3 does not apply for Australian Football markets. If the event does not conclude within three days of the scheduled start time, all bets are voided.
31.3 If a match begins but is abandoned or postponed before half-time without completion within three days of the scheduled start date then the match shall be deemed to be a tie. If a match begins but is abandoned or postponed in the second half without completion within three days of the scheduled start date then the match shall be settled on the official result of the relevant governing body. In both instances, bets on the winner market will be settled while other bets will be void except for those on markets which have been unconditionally determined.
31.4 All bets relating to an individual player will stand if they are listed in the 22 player squad on the match day.
31.2 Accumulators
31.2.1 If one selection is voided, the odds of the multiple bet will be reduced to account for the voided selection.
