Bets need to be matched in order to stand. Once a bet has been matched, it cannot be cancelled. The status of a bet will be displayed in both the account page and the ‘Your bets’ section.

When you place a bet on a market, it will appear as ‘bet placed’ on your account page. If there is sufficient liquidity at the price requested in the market, your bet is likely to be matched instantly.

If there is not sufficient liquidity in the market, or you have decided to place your bet at odds different to the current price, your bet may remain either unmatched or partially matched.

In instances when a bet is partially matched, only the matched portion will stand. The unmatched portion can either be cancelled manually in the 'Your Bets' section, or will be cancelled automatically the next time the market halts.
