23. Boxing rules
Smarkets general betting rules (1-11) will apply unless superseded by the General Terms or sports specific betting rules.
23.1 General
23.1 All individual markets will be settled according to the official result of the relevant governing body immediately after the end of the fight, regardless of any subsequent disqualification or amendment to the result.
23.2 If a fight is abandoned, cancelled or postponed and not completed within 36 hours of the scheduled start date, all bets will be voided.
23.3 If a fight is declared a draw, technical draw or no contest, all bets will be voided except for markets where these outcomes are specifically listed or there is an 'any other outcome' selection in the market. For the avoidance of doubt, if a market contains the 'Draw' contract but doesn't also explicitly include 'Technical Draw' that market will settle with 'Draw' as the winning contract in the case of a technical draw.
23.4 For the purpose of the fight winner market a contestant will be deemed the loser in the event they are disqualified.
23.5 If a fight is won by disqualification, the method of victory market will be voided unless disqualification is specifically included in the name of one of the selections.
23.6 Where the country of a fight has been changed normal change of venue rules apply, however where there is a change of venue but the fight remains within the same country all bets will stand.
