Who can take part?

• Users who have an open account with Smarkets and have received the survey directly from Smarkets via email

What do I need to do?

• When completing the survey, you must enter the email address connected to your Smarkets account (the one where you received the email with the survey)

• You must respond to every mandatory question or section and successfully submit the survey. Any mandatory question or section is marked with an asterisk (*) 

• Your feedback is extremely valuable to us so please take the time to think about each answer before selecting the appropriate answer

What can I win?

• The first 50 people to complete the survey fairly will receive a one-time £10/€10 credit in their Smarkets account. Smarkets will check the timestamps of each survey submission in order to assess who first submitted their answers

How and when will I get the £10/€10 credit?

• If you are one of the winners, the credit will be manually added to your account and will take up to 72 hours to be credited from the moment you submitted the survey

• When you are credited you will see your balance increase by £10/€10. You will also be able to double check it in your Smarkets account statement

Anything else I need to know?

• Survey submissions will be accepted until 16:00 GMT on 22nd March 2023. Smarkets reserves the right to extend the timeframe for survey completion at its own discretion

• Smarkets reserves the right to not credit the £10/€10 if the account is suspended or self-excluded (whether such action happened before or after survey completion)

• If you know someone who would like to complete the survey, feel free to contact Customer Support and the team will reach out if they fit the requirements. However, they won’t be eligible for the credit
