Full Terms

1. This offer will run from 12:00 BST on Wednesday, 7 October 2026 until 12:00 BST on Monday, 12th October 2026, and is available to eligible new Smarkets customers who enter the promo code “MONEYBACK” when signing up.
2. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Smarkets sign-up or welcome offer.
3. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with Skrill, Neteller, Trustly or PayPal deposits.
4. To be eligible for the offer, users must complete the following steps in this order:
   i) When signing up for their new Smarkets account, they must enter the code “MONEYBACK” in the Promo Code field.
   ii) The user must not have previously held a Smarkets account.
   iii) The user must not have received notice from Smarkets that their account is ineligible for the promotion.
5. Eligible users will receive 20% money back on qualifying net losses of up to £250, meaning the maximum amount that can be credited under this promotion is £50.
6. A customer’s qualifying net loss will be calculated based on qualifying bets that settle during the 30 days following account creation. Only bets that settle during this 30-day promotional period will be included in the calculation.
7. If an eligible customer has a qualifying net loss at the end of their 30-day promotional period, Smarkets will credit 20% of that loss, up to a maximum qualifying net loss of £250. For example, a qualifying net loss of £100 will result in £20 money back. A qualifying net loss of £250 or more will result in the maximum £50 money back.
8. Winnings will be taken into account when calculating the customer’s net loss. Void bets, cancelled bets, unsettled bets and any other transactions that Smarkets determines do not constitute qualifying betting activity may be excluded from the calculation.
9. The money-back amount will be credited to the eligible customer’s Smarkets account the Monday following the end of their 30-day promotional period.
10. Customers who sign up without entering the code “MONEYBACK” will not be eligible for this offer.
11. The promo code “MONEYBACK” must be entered during account registration and cannot be added retrospectively after an account has been created.
12. This promotion is limited to one offer per person. Smarkets may also apply restrictions by household, address, payment method, device or other criteria where it reasonably determines that multiple accounts have been created to obtain the promotion.
13. Smarkets reserves the right to withhold or revoke eligibility for the promotion where it reasonably believes that a customer has abused the promotion, breached Smarkets’ Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, created multiple accounts, or otherwise attempted to obtain the promotion unfairly.
14. If Smarkets revokes a customer’s eligibility for the promotion, the customer will not be entitled to any money-back payment in respect of betting activity under the promotion.
15. Skrill, Neteller, Trustly and PayPal will be unavailable as deposit methods for customers participating in this promotion for the duration of their 30-day promotional period.
16. This offer is only available to customers in countries where customers are permitted to operate a Smarkets account, excluding Sweden, and is subject to applicable eligibility, age and verification requirements.
17. Smarkets reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion at any time. Any such action will not affect qualifying entitlements already accrued except where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse or a breach of Smarkets’ Terms and Conditions.
