General

1. Only Smarkets customers who received the corresponding email are eligible to participate in this offer.

2. This offer is only available to customers who are located in the UK and able to operate an active Smarkets account in accordance with applicable laws and the standard Smarkets T&Cs.

3.Smarkets will refund up to £25 of net losses accumulated between 08:00 BST Saturday 22nd August 2026 and 18:00 BST Sunday 23rd August 2026 to the Smarkets account of offer participants within 24 hours of the end of the promotional period as a cash payment, which may be withdrawn upon crediting to the account, without any re-bet.

5. Only trades placed on the Rockwool Germany Sail Grand Prix  | Sassnitz will be eligible to be refunded.

6. Cash refunds expire 7 days after being credited to the associated Smarkets account.

7. Smarkets reserves the right exclude, withdraw and/or limit the availability of the offer to certain customers where it reasonably considers that: (i) the individual is excluded from participation by any provision of these offer terms and/or the standard Smarkets T&Cs; and/or (ii) participation by the individual in this offer would be contrary to applicable laws, in each case always subject to and in compliance with applicable laws.

8. This promotion is available to a limited number of eligible customers. We may close registration to this offer at any time once the maximum number of participants has been reached, without further notice. If registration is closed, the promotion sign-up page will no longer be available and no further customers will be eligible for this offer, even if they meet all other eligibility criteria.

9. This offer is strictly limited to one use per individual, family, household address, email address, same payment account number, home IP address or shared computer.

10. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Smarkets promotion.

11. Existing (prior to the publishing of this offer) SBK sportsbook users are not eligible to participate.

12. These offer terms are subject to and incorporate the standard Smarkets T&Cs. In the event of any inconsistency between the two, these offer terms shall prevail.
