General

1. Only customers who sign up at SailGP Portsmouth using the dedicated QR code and submit their prediction are eligible for this offer.
2. This offer is only available to new customers in the UK and Ireland and able to open an active Smarkets account.
3. To claim this offer the customer must complete sign up for their Smarkets account before 23:59 BST Sunday August 2nd, 2026.
4. The prediction made will be on the SailGP Portsmouth Winner market, not a race market or the season outright market.
5. If you correctly predict the SailGP Portsmouth Winner you will receive £50 into your Smarkets account and if you fail to so you will receive £25.
6. Your cash will either be credited to your account on Monday 27th July or Monday August 3rd.
7. You must deposit a minimum of £10 into your Smarkets account in order to bet or withdraw your funds.
8. Cash refunds expire 7 days after being credited to the associated Smarkets account.
9. Smarkets reserves the right in its discretion to exclude, withdraw and/or limit the availability of the offer to certain customers.
10. This offer is strictly limited to one per individual, family, household address, email address, same payment account number, IP address or shared computer.
11. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
