General

1. Only customers who sign up either while present at the Emirates Great Britain Sail Grand Prix | Portsmouth event site or through SailGP channels (SailGP’s official website, app, email communications and social media channels) are eligible to participate in this offer.

2. Customers who access Smarkets through any application programming interface (API) or trading software will be ineligible for this offer, given the higher level of trading activity that use of automated algorithms to trade allows relative to ordinary users.

3. This offer is only available to customers who are located in the UK and able to operate an active Smarkets account in accordance with applicable laws and the standard Smarkets T&Cs.

4. Smarkets will refund up to £1000 of net losses accumulated between 06:00 BST Wednesday 22nd July 2026 and 12:00 BST Monday 27th July 2026 to the Smarkets account of offer participants as a cash payment which may be withdrawn upon crediting to the account, without any re-bet, within 24 hours of the end of the promotional period.

5. Only trades placed on the Emirates Great Britain Sail Grand Prix | Portsmouth will be eligible to be refunded.

6. Cash refunds expire 7 days after being credited to the associated Smarkets account.

7. Smarkets reserves the right exclude, withdraw and/or limit the availability of the offer to certain customers where it reasonably considers that: (i) the individual is excluded from participation by any provision of these offer terms and/or the standard Smarkets T&Cs; and/or (ii) participation by the individual in this offer would be contrary to applicable laws, in each case always subject to and in compliance with applicable laws.

8. This offer is strictly limited to one use per individual, family, household address, email address, same payment account number, home IP address or shared computer.

9. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Smarkets promotion.

10. Existing (prior to the publishing of this offer) SBK sportsbook users are not eligible to participate.

11. These offer terms are subject to and incorporate the standard Smarkets T&Cs. In the event of any inconsistency between the two, these offer terms shall prevail.
