If you are disconnected from the live servers, clicking the disconnected notice at the top of the page will attempt to reconnect you.
If you are continuously being disconnected from the site’s live servers, or cannot reconnect, it may be due to one of the following:
- Unstable or weak Internet connection
- Unstable or weak 3G/4G connection on mobile
- The use of a VPN or proxy
- Outdated Internet Browser software
- Multiple Smarkets tabs open
- Antivirus software blocking the connection
Connection issues can be difficult to diagnose. We suggest you try a variety of browsers to try and find the source of the connection problem.
For optimal performance we recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome.
