Processing time

• Mastercard deposits are processed immediately.
• Mastercard withdrawals are processed within 1-6 business days.

Fees

• Smarkets absorb both deposit and withdrawal fees when using Mastercard/Eurocard.

Deposits

• Smarkets will only accept deposits in the specific currency you have designated for your Smarkets account.

Withdrawals

• Please note that certain banks will not accept payouts to Mastercard. If we are unable to return your funds back to the original deposit method our customer service team will help arrange the funds to be processed via an alternative method.
  
  
• All withdrawals from Smarkets are subject to our closed loop policy. Where multiple deposit methods have been used you will be limited to withdrawing up to the deposited amount until net deposits are satisfied across all methods.
