Take a timeout
What is a time out?
A time out allows you to take a short break from gambling, enabling you to block access to your account for a period of 1, 7, 31 or 42 days.
During this period you will be completely unable to access your account or any of its features*. At the end of your selected time out period your account will automatically be reopened.
*This includes the ability to request withdrawals via your account cashier. Should you wish to make a withdrawal during a time-out period, you can contact our support team via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) who will be more than happy to assist you.
How do I take a time out?
You can apply a time-out to your account by visiting ‘settings’ and then ‘limits’ when logged into your account, and then selecting ‘SET TIMEOUT’. To avoid setting a timeout in error, you will be requested to select the required period (1 day, 7 days, 31 days or 6 weeks) and toggle the confirmation switch to confirm that you understand your account will be restricted.
