The full terms and conditions for our enhanced welcome offer are stated below:

1. You must make a first deposit of at least £10/€10  in a single amount to be eligible for the new customer welcome offer.
2. Users making their first deposit by Skrill, Neteller, PayPal, Revolut or a virtual/prepaid card will not qualify for this promotion. Please note that this includes virtual Monzo cards, first deposits made by this method will not qualify for the welcome offer.
3. You must enter code COMMFREE in the promo code field during registration
4. Eligible customers will be able to enjoy trading with a commission rate of 0% on all bets that settle within 60 days from the deposit.
5. This will be applied to all bets that settle while the promotional commission rate is active on their account.
6. Any bets which settle after the expiry of the eligibility period will settle at standard commission rates.
7. Once the 60 day period has elapsed the account will be set to the default commission rate.
8. To be eligible for this offer,  you need to sign up from 00:00 BST September 1st, 2023. Customers who access Smarkets through any API or trading software will be ineligible for this offer.
9. Eligible new users that haven’t entered  the code COMMFREE during registration, will automatically get the standard rate of commission of 2% applied to their account upon an eligible first deposit.
10. This offer is only available to customers in countries where you are able to operate a Smarkets account.
11. The sign up offer is strictly limited to one per individual, family, household address, email address, same payment account number, IP address or shared computer.
12. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other sign-up promotion.
13. Existing SBK sportsbook users are not eligible.
14. This promotion is only available to users 18 years or older.
15. We reserve the right to change or stop this promotion if required for any legal or regulatory reason.
